1) You need the map found at Pirate's Cove (under the bridge from Farebury to Alexandria, take the ship), then sail to the X on the map and follow the path2) I suggest level 40+ You can try lower, but I found it annoying as it boils down to a lot of luck3) On the way from Baccarat to Argonia, go off the road and waaaaaay south to the desert (if you end up at the Mystical Spring, you took the wrong road). Dragon Quest Vlll: The Journey Of The C ...
ok thank you but number 3 i now it is in the dersert but where are it there where the giant skeleton are.and i have trying to be down in the pirat cove but all the chest are unlock an empty.
Yep, giant skeleton in the middle of the desert, enter through the mouth. As for Pirate's Cove, you get the map after you defeat the boss (pirate ghost), not from a chest.
ok thank but when can i kill that boss(Ghost Pirate) but thanks whift the other.i have one more i have try to getting into DragonGraveYard but i cant wy.and one more where are the best place to train when i havent kill doulmagus.
Ohhh, I just realized you're probably not far enough into the game to do all that. I mistook Dhoulmagus for a different boss later in the game (sorry, it's been a while since I played it and I didn't read carefully enough). So, I assume you didn't defeat Dhoulmagus on the North-Western island yet (where you use the magic mirror), correct? If that's the case, you can't enter Pirate's Cove yet (you need the Ultimate Key, which you get from a character called Martha later in the game.) You also can't enter Dragon Graveyard yet, you need to start the siblings quest in Baccarat, but you can only do that after you've been to Arcadia and finished the story part there.Sorry about the confusion with Dhoulmagus, you should be around level 30 for him, if I still have it wrong, ask again. You could also consider using a FAQ. I found this one very helpful
thats real i havent kill doulmagus but some on the internet says at it will be best if i have angelo in LVL30 there so he have Multi Heal. But i still need a place where i can train fast up in LVL do you have an exsample.
The best way to level is killing Metal Slimes, Liquid Metal Slimes and Metal King Slimes. They are hard to kill, because they run away all the time, but they give huge amounts of experience. Here's a FAQ for killing Metals, I'd say go to Ruined Abbey and hunt regular Metal Slimes to gain a few levels.
For Dhoulmagus, just make sure Angelo has Muti Heal. First time I beat him Angelo didnt have it. I won the fight, but barely. If you do the monster arena to the point where you can summon your team for a few rounds thatll help too.As far as killing metals, I would recommend your hero has spears and Yangus has axes. That way you can use Executioners Strike and the spear equivalent to get crits.
a little trick with Dhoulmagus... he has two forms, one with the shadows and one where he's a humanoid wolf. if you die on his second form, you can just go back and fight his second form again, with full energy. makes him a lot easier. odd side note... i'm playing the same game, and am at pretty much the exact same spot. i just beat Dhoulmagus, though.
Ok thank you all and i will do my best now but i am training on the secret SW island so it will not take so long to LVL35 with hero and 35 with yangus an LVL 34 with angelo and jessica. And i have hit his secuond form and that is a hevy one.
i remember fighting dhoulmagus. i was seriously underleveled and it took me like 2 hours literally. it was a constant thing having almost everyone heal and just attacking with one or 2 characters.
i remember fighting dhoulmagus. i was seriously underleveled and it took me like 2 hours literally. it was a constant thing having almost everyone heal and just attacking with one or 2 characters.
i feel you on that one. and i usually have one character die at some point and end up squandering time trying to resurrect him/her. Having a Life spell that works half the time is a real drag.although you gotta love it when beating a boss feels like an accomplishment.

stuck on the stupid don mole can someone please help
stuck on the stupid don mole can someone please help
I dont remember him being hard, nor do I remember any special tactic that worked better than any other. Maybe you should level up some.
The Dhoulmagus battle is a lot easier if Angelo has Multiheal.
well rundes91, don mole has 1400 life points a good strategy is to go for the don first and then for the other moles. you are in a not so advance part of the game so I recommend you to make your character better in the use of only one weapon. DarkTorterra dolmagus his first form has 1800 life points, the copies 600 I highly recommend to eliminate the copies.the second form has around 2600 life points the recommendation will be to use spells that increase your resistance to normal attacks and against protection against ice and fire(can't remember the name of the spells)BenderUnit22 nice avatar
i actually found the liquid metal slimes to be to fast for me so i trained at the dragon hunting grounds, but i also got the zombiesbane for hero and the fallen angel rapier for angelo, and the dragon whip thing for jessica and the uber war hammer for yangus i killed him fast to because i called out my totally awesome monster team together i beat him and his second form without anyone dying.good thing i learned from my mistake the first time i played the game.
