in 20 years when everything is optical cubes that averge 50 terabytes per cube they should be able to fit almost the entire library on 2 little cubes...... well at least all the games that aren't ''barbies dream adventure'' and ''rugrats go on a massacre''

would this be nessisary . sony should make the next ps back wards capable , they usually do any way also isnt it easier to use the ones you have, i can see a game like goldeneye 007 or a n64 collection as these are on carts and no newer console with the exception of the vc support them , much like the genesis collectionname a single system able to play the actual carts besides genesis and the little known nomad handheldyou wont be able to lol, as far as ps2 is concerned 10 yrs from now, it will be old news as if it aint any how, n o ones or many arent gonna be playing these titles, like it or not the older games eg ps1 snes n64 genesis nes sms saturn fare better as time goes because of nastalaga or somthing like that and or it being more collectable than a ps2 disc can , these things scratch carts hold their own a ps2 disc is easily damage even when tooken care of
